DeRico Experts-Conseils came to life when four (4) chartered appraisers with more than 40 years of experience in real estate appraisal formed a new partnership.

Martin De Rico, É.A., chartered appraiser, leads the group. He is recognized for his expertise and his involvement in the real estate market throughout the province of Québec. He and three other chartered appraisers, Christian Laflamme, É.A, Steeve Cassidy, É.A. and Mario Perreault, É.A. make up the management team.
